Apollo Bay is a small seaside town in south western Victoria, nestled on the Great Ocean Road between the beaches of Bass Strait and the mountains of the Otway Ranges. The Great Ocean Walk begins in Apollo Bay and stretches all the way to the Twelve Apostles.

The fishing fleet of Apollo Bay sails from the sheltered harbour to bring crayfish, snapper and a wide variety of seasonal fish, sold from the Fishermen’s Co-Op.

Whichever water sports you enjoy, you will probably find them available in Apollo Bay. Surfing, fishing, swimming and boating are all easily accessible. Away from the ocean there are pristine forests and beautiful waterfalls to explore.

After you’ve visited Wildlife Wonders, we do hope you will stay a little longer in the region as there is plenty more on offer.
